Dinner tonight.



Got this recipe from the newspaper supplement. So easy (4 ingredients) and delicious. Seems to get better each day we have it for leftovers. Made 2 times within the month. Highly recommended. Got a
whole boneless pork tenderloin at SafeWay for $1.99 a pound. The center is prunes of all things.

Made our own rub.
