We are so lucky. East West Exchange, our local bookstore, coffee house http://www.ew-exchange.com/hosted Mark Holland a talented Native American flute player Saturday night. With ambient lighting, great acoustics and a skilled musician this was a special night for us. Too bad more people didn't take advantage of it. They really missed a great evening of entertainment. Boy Can That Man Bake!!
Peach PieOur neighbors, Pat and Joe, returned from their summer
jobs at Yellowstone and brought us a big box of Utah
peaches. Pete whipped up this pie that not only looks
beautiful it tasted delicious. His lattice top is just
the icing on the cake!
